Judge Inga O’Neale dismissed the Court Street Merchants Association’s lawsuit challenging the Court Street bike lane this week, ruling that the city acted within its authority and had a rational safety-based reason for the redesign. The decision ends the legal challenge and allows the bike lane to remain in place.
